We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the High Tatras. the location was perfect for exploring Strbske Pleso and Popradske Pleso, with beautiful scenery all around. the wellness area was a highlight, with a large swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi to relax in after a day of activities. the staff were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We also loved the spacious and comfortable room, as well as the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. the parking facilities were convenient and secure.

The massage services at the hotel were a bit pricey compared to other options in the area.

I had a great business stay at this hotel. the rooms were comfortable with quality cosmetics in the bathroom. the buffet selection was great and the staff very kind. the pool area offers a beautiful view and the selection of saunas is excellent.

The distance from the town, it is great for calmness but you may need to plan ahead if you want to go out. the air conditioning was not available in the room, but the windows had no nets preventing the entrance of insects, It is better to choose a room according to your preferences if you are uncomfortable with temperature or bugs.

We stayed at a hotel over Easter break. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were satisfactorily clean. The hotel offers a good variety of programs for families to enjoy, such as a lovely children's club that's perfect for kids to play. Despite being located a little bit away from the town center, it's still a great location to start for exploring the surrounding area.

The food was pretty unappetizing, which was a bit of a letdown. Our biggest disappointment was the spa experience - the saunas were all off when we wanted to use them and we only got to use the rooftop hot tub for a measly 20-minutes, and even then we were only allowed to use it once during our stay. Breakfast was quite unsatisfactory and unappetizing.
